How do I know if you are available at the time I need you?
Please feel free to check my business opening hours as the first step, and to check the Request to book section with service descriptions. Once you are happy to choose a suitable time and service, please contact me by using the Booking section. Once your booking is processed, I will be able to advise you and contact you regarding the booking details, such as place, time and any other queries we may both wish to discuss.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
As part of best practice, I walk one dog at a time. This is both due to safety reason as well as to enhance my focus only on your four-legged friend as part of my individual approach policy. I prefer to only focus on one dog and give it 100% of my time and attention. However, should you have two dogs in your family that you wish to leave under my wings, I am willing to work with both provided they are friendly towards each other and work well together.
Why should I book with you while there are so many other wonderful dog walkers available?
The answer is simple and cheesy: I love dogs more than anyone else!
Having experience with many animal types from the earliest days of my upbringing in the countryside (from fishes, birds and cats to rodents) I still decided and will always argue that it is the DOG that is the best animal ever created, and I am most happy when I can spend my time with these wonderful pets! This is why I will value and appreciate that I can take care of your pet and will pay my full attention to them and their wellbeing.
As part of my CPD (Continuous Professional Development), I have taken care of my friends' pets previously, have volunteered in shelters performing various activities, and have successfully completed a Dog Training Course.
If this doesn't convince you, then let me prove it by taking YOUR dog for a walk next time.
I have a puppy/senior/disabled dog - are you still able to assist me with dog walking services?
I have experience with both puppies and older dogs. I would be more than happy to take your pup for an energy-burning walk-and-play session, as well as to take your senior dog for a slow and relaxing walk while paying special attention to their needs.
Should your dog have any special needs, please tell me before I take them or even straight after you make any booking so I can prepare myself and plan our walking session accordingly.
I have little experience with disabled animals of any type, however, as part of my CPD I find myself able to adjust my services and all that comes with it to your dog's special needs. Please contact me before making a booking to discuss this matter - after all, you are the person who knows your pet best and you would be able to tell me I should focus on while taking care of your dog.
How do I know where you have taken my dog?
As part of registering my daily activities, I always record my walking and cycling routes on Endomondo. This mobile app allows me to track the time and exact route of my walks and I will be more than happy to share this with you once we are back from the walk. I will let you know beforehand where I am planning to take your pooch and will also take a picture during our walk to share with you later.
Do you have any emergency plan?
It's unlikely that an accident will occur, however, I am always prepared and have an emergency plan. In such a case, you will be notified as soon as possible. If required, I can perform CPR and will call the nearest vet (as required) if there is no time to waste. I carry emergency contacts with me. However, if there is no urgency, I am happy to call your preferred vet and consult further steps with you.
Are you also available on weekends and bank holidays?
Yes! I am more than happy to take care of your dog, even on weekends and bank holidays. Simply check my availability by contacting me or requesting a booking. I will do my best to accommodate your requirements.
How can I receive a promotional code?
